Monday
It was really windy on Monday so we took the opportunity to brush up on our knots. With The Knot Bible at the ready we armed ourselves with two pieces of line and started practicing. It was fun for a few hours and we learnt some new tricks but after a while we started to feel a little queasy so had to call it a day!
Tuesday
After having been on the boat all day yesterday we needed some exercise. We were up and out by 0630 and found a nice run along to the other side of the island, which thankfully involved less hills. We stopped off in the town for a coffee before heading back to the boat.
You can tell when you’re off the beaten track; two iced coffees and two bottles of water for only 4 EUR! We didn’t do much in the afternoon and in the evening went back into town for a bite to eat, and made friends with the local pack of cats, one of whom had a liking for tomatoes!
